The Ertan Ayçetin Bicycle House, which was opened by Nilüfer Municipality in Başköy, hosted the festival organised by the Bursa Provincial Representative Office of the Eşpedal Association. Starting on 7 August and lasting for five days, the festival was held in cooperation with Nilüfer Municipality, Turkish Red Crescent Bursa Branch, Nilüfer City Council and Bursa Spontaneous Cyclists. The festival brought together approximately 60 cyclists, including 22 tandem bicycles from 10 different cities of Turkey.As part of the festival, cyclists undertook journeys to Gölyazı, Eskikaraağaç, Issızhan, Aktopraklık Höyük Archeopark and Open Air Museum. Furthermore, the bicycles traversed the Uluabat Lake area.

Nilüfer Municipality provided a range of support services, including accommodation, transport, health personnel and route planning, for the duration of the festival. Nilüfer Municipality Deputy Mayor Barış ÖZTÜRK, Turkish Red Crescent Bursa Branch President Prof. Dr. Murat TUTANÇ, Eşpedal Association Chairman Fatih SÖYLEMEZ, Eşpedal Association Bursa Provincial Representative Oğuzhan YILMAZ, Nilüfer City Council Bicycle Working Group and Bursa Spontaneous Cyclists Club President İdris YÜCE, Six Points Association of the Blind Bursa Branch President Tayfun TURGUT attended the plaque ceremony.
