Mysia Ways Project was one of the corner stones of “IRD Innovation for Rural Development” Project, coordinated by Nilüfer Municipality Innovation Centre and funded under Town Twinning Action Between Turkey and the EU Programme, financed by EU and Turkey, implemented by the Turkish Directorate for EU Affairs under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey. In the framework of IRD Project exchange of successful actions in the fields of social innovation and cultural tourism between Turkey, Lithuania and Greece (Nilüfer, Trakai and Chios municipalities and Mesta Village Cultural Association) took place and a communication and cooperation network was established. Via the Innovation and Rural Tourism Website founded in the context of IRD Project Mysia Ways website was established in Turkish and English language at the address https://mysia.irdtowntwinning.com/en/ (2019).
