Among the tracks starting at Unçukuru, the 6,5 kilometres long trail leading to Ayva and Fadıllı quarters starts on asphalt road and continues its course on unpaved road.

The starting point of the trail is at the square of Unçukuru Quarter, at the point of the direction signs. While Hiking Trail P18 descending to Fadıllı also starts from the same point, this trail passes for Ayva Quarter. The road, which starts to descend from the point of the direction signs standing on the left of street, advances for 1,3 kilometres among recently made houses and gardens. The unpaved road used by vehicles advances offering a  grasping view to Uluabat Lake and its islands, it then crosses Suçıkan Stream and 2,8 kilometres on the right of Adaçalı Hill it reaches the Ayva Quarter. After you take a rest at the coffeehouse under the plane tree of Ayva Quarter you can see, if you wish, the mouth of Ayvaini Cave, the 6th longest cave in Turkey.

The second part of the trail starts below the coffeehouse at Ayva Quarter  central square. The path used by locals before the construction of the asphalt road, advances inside a deep valley surrounded by forests, it then passes from the East of Kirazgediği Hill and descends towards the valley below Arıkaya Ridge. The old path starting at the altitude of 253 metres descends for 4 kilometres towards lake water level and draws and arc tp the right at Yeşil Stream flowing below Arıkarya Ridge. Then it turns to the left and connects to the unpaved road. The trail from this point on, and for 1,5 kilometres, advances on unpaved road, surrounded by olive and fig trees, until it reaches the central square of Fadıllı Quarter.
