B2 Dağyenice Pond– Atlas – İnegazi (South)
This route, accessible via the B1 route starting from Misi, stretches from the south of Dağyenice Pond to İnegazi. It’s a peaceful, traffic-free area perfect for cycling.
Located 7 km south of Misi, Dağyenice Pond is one of the most popular local spots, situated at a junction of hiking and cycling routes. In spring and summer, expect to see picnickers, campers, and anglers.
The fork below the pond marks the split toward Atlas, İnegazi, and Çalı Pond. Turn left at the signpost. The broken asphalt road reaches the pond dam after 500 m. At the junction 1 km later, follow the sign toward Atlas and continue on the dirt road between farmlands. This straight 2 km stretch enters the forest under Heybeliler Ridge and passes beneath Tekeler Hill. Two small streams near Atlas don’t pose any difficulty. Due to off-road vehicles damaging the path, you may need to use narrow side trails during rainy seasons.
The route goes through Atlas neighborhood beside the mosque, heading west. At the signpost on the outskirts of the village, go straight for 250 m toward Kadriye, then turn right onto the dirt road. Passing through houses and farmlands, the trail connects to the central square of İnegazi after 1.5 km.
If you'd prefer an asphalt descent into İnegazi, take the road leading toward Çalı. Turn left at the signposts 1 km later, and you'll reach İnegazi after another 2 km.
