B16 Çalı - Atlas – Kadriye
Atlas Quarter, a connecting point for cyclists using Mysia Ways, is at a distance of 7 kilometres from Çalı. In order to arrive to Atlas, which is the first stop of Kadriye Route, you can alternatively use Cycling Route B9. Route B9 starts at Misi and advances towards Akçalar crossing Çalı Industrial Area.
Some kilometres after you leave Çalı, you will notice, as you pedal, that silence dominates the 7 kilometres long route advancing towards Atlas Quarter. Other alternative routes in order to reach Kadriye through Atlas, are the cycling routes B2 and B3, following the Doğancı macadam road, which passes from the South of Dağyenice Pond and Dağyenice Pond picnic area.
When you leave Atlas Quarter, follow the road advancing next to the directions signs. The road, which is in bad condition from the start of the route, advances rising towards the South. The route desends 1 kilometre after Akçalan Ridge and then rises again towards Narlıkaya Ridge. The whole part of the route advances continuously in forested area. 4,5 kilometres after its starting point, the road turns to the right, it passes from Deliktaş Cave and reaches Üçpınar Quarter. If you have time, you can visit Deliktaş Cave with its huge entrance located 1 kilometre away from the turn and have a rest at the nearby picnic area.
The road after the Deliktaş intersection continues rising for 1,6 kilometres towards the South until it ends at the square of Kadriye Quarter.
Alternative Route: You can also use Cycling Route B11 advancing on the mountain ridge offering a splendid panoramic view. Route B11 will lead you to Misi passing besides Dağyenice Pond.
